At Odeholm Audio, we are committed to your sonic satisfaction and offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure you find the perfect sound signature for your setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your electronics within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your audio equipment in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
